Ingredients:

- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tsp garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp ginger, crushed
- 1-2 tbsp chicken masala spice
- 1/2 cup tomato, finely chopped
- 1 tsp fresh cilantro, choped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup water
